These shell steaks were extremely tasty. Even taking them off the grill rare didn't help the fact that they were a little tough. Oh well-I guess I'm having steak & eggs tomorrow!

The NEW Charcoal Grill!
A very nice lady at work gave me this grill. I cooked petite sirloins over lump coal for the first try. THEY WERE AWESOME!!!
