Update to 4th of July Weekend 2013

Ok- it was just too freaking hot to take any pictures. I just wanted to cook, then get back inside to the air-conditioning. Almost passed out!

Oh well-II made chicken legs on the charcoal grill and steaks in the Weber gas grill.  Use your imagination.......

Planning on some sort of steak, and maybe burgers and dogs,on the charcoal grill this weekend....

Fourth of July "Weekend" 2013!

I managed to get off for July 3rd and 5th to make this a long weekend. It was just so humid out on 7/3, that I didn't even want to go outside to cook. On July 4th, our good friends blessed us by inviting us over for the day, so I didn't need to cook.

July 5th, we are all so wiped out that we're getting Chinese take-out.

Planning on Grilled chicken legs on the charcoal grill for Sat July 6th, and rib-eyes on the charcoal grill for Sunday July 7th.

New Stuff June 23, 2013!

Lots has happened since my last post.  Superstorm Sandy took out my detached garage, and my smoker/grill and another charcoal grill.

Here we are, almost 7 months later.  I just received the building permit from the Town of Islip to rebuild my garage.  More to come...

My wife brought me a NEW charcoal grill/smoker for Fathers Day!!!!!
