Prep for Memorial Day Weekend 2015!

This weekend is Memorial Day Weekend! I'm excited to be planning to smoke a pork shoulder for pulled pork, as well as some ribs.

Here’s the menu I planned for Sunday :

-Pork Shoulder
-Ribs
-Pulled Pork Sandwiches
-Steak
-Potatoes on the grill
-Corn on the cob
-Baked Beans a la Ira
-deep fried Vidalia onions
-Cole slaw
-assorted desserts

Drooling now just thinking about it.

I'm Starting Fresh for 2015!!!

Happy Spring Everyone!!!  I'm starting fresh again for 2015, and wanted to send out a little tease of what I hope to be an epic year of BBQ, Grilling, and Smoking!

One of the Few Steakhouse's I can Call "The BEST"

Had a business lunch at The Clubhouse in Plainview.  I don't know what they do to their steaks, but you can cut them with a butter knife!  Flavorful, tender, and cooked perfectly every time!  I recommend it to anyone looking for "the perfect steak".
